By joining a Murder Mystery game session, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

When you join a game, we collect your name and email address. Your email is used to associate you with your game session and, if you opt in, to send you occasional updates about the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Marketing emails are entirely optional. If you opted in, you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not affect your ability to participate in games.

Game scenarios and characters are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental. The content is intended for mature audiences and may involve themes of mystery and crime in a fictional context.
